Refund policy

We know that shopping online can be a gamble and not everything fits perfectly and that is why we are happy to allow returns, but since returns are a big part of the clothing business we have to be strict about enforcing our return rules and policies.

Returns

All of our products are guaranteed to be new. Packages and merchandise should be inspected by the customer immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of product to qualify for a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"). No returns will be accepted without this number or after 30 calendar days of receipt of product. All products have to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached (not all items are tagged). Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing credit. Credit will not be issued for used, damaged, or discarded products. To return, exchange, or report damage during shipping please email us at [email protected]. Return address will be provided with the RMA.

Store Credit and Refund

Returns are accepted for store credit only. We DO NOT issue refunds. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved then a store credit will be issued and a code emailed to you. Please keep that code safe as we do not have access to it on our end. We will try to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing of credit.

Refund of Original Shipping Charges 

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Refund 

We try our best to keep our inventory updated as best as we can, but occasionally our online inventory varies from what is actually in stock and we cannot fulfill an order in their entirety. In that instance we will partially ship the portion of the order that is in stock and then refund you for the item(s) that is/are no longer available.

Late or Missing Refund

Prior to contacting us please first check your bank account to be certain you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damages

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please include an image of the damage as well as picture of the package it arrived in. If you receive an item that is damaged such as a hole in fabric, missing button, not sewn properly, etc.. please email us a picture immediately. We will come up with the best resolution once we have reviewed the information you provide. We are not responsible for damage that that occurs once you wear the item or wash it.

Sale and Final Sale Items

These items will not be accepted for return or exchange, no exceptions! Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or item you will need to purchase it yourself or wait until you receive your store credit to be able to apply it to the new order. We cannot guarantee that the item will still be in stock if you wait for the store credit.

Return Shipping and Insurance Fees

Return is the responsibility of the customer. Please email is the tracking number of the return once it is known. We can provide a return label for a €10.5 fee. The fee will be deducted prior to issuing credit. Some items can qualify for a cheaper return label. Please contact us to find out about the return fee for a specific item. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
